The current study succeeded in producing the lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) plant from somatic embryos induced by leaves callus of its seedlings, results soaking dormant seeds a solution gibberellic acid at concentrations (0, 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0) gm l -1 for 24 hours showed superiority concentration 0.5 g L stimulation germination rate that reached 75% after 6 days comparing with other treatments and control had 20% 13 days. This was able to initiated seedling when were placed on MS solid medium supplemented added 3.0 mg L-1 NAA 10 BA 20 days, Initiated characterized yellowish-green color friable texture, masses removed same media, it produced well-growth cultures perpetuated every 15 After second sub-culturing, first stages appeared, spherical stage, which later developed into heart, then torpedo cotyledon individually MSO medium, Intact plants 30 their good growth density leaves.
